We Provide a full range of services to help client in optimizing their own Clarifier / DAF such as conducting preventive maintenance, regular inspection of mechanical and control part and retrofitting  exsiting equipment.

Clarifier tank, sludge  scrapping system and saturation system are the most component require to be maintained regularly. Chains, bearings and sprockets of the scrapper should be inspected, lubricated and adjusted properly, they also have to check the tension and the alignment of the chains and sprocket.

Good maintenance will pay off in longer lifetime and avoided downtimes of the equipemnt.

Clarifier / DAF are costly, some times client consider to rebuild or retrofit an exsisting clarifier/DAF, we are available to help client in the repair, retrofit, replacement and geneal upgrading of equipment.

On the other hand, we also provide several DAF units for rent to respond to industrial needs for emergency purposes, during seasonal fluctuations or during maintenance shuthdowns
